This Position reports to:

Senior Engineering Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

Takes a lead role to propose consulting services and solutions to meet the customer's needs.

Actively participates in customer discussions; preparing technical proposals; techno-commercial negotiations; co-creation workshops with customers; technical guidance for the customer etc.

Develops relationships and actively maintains a technical knowledge exchange with key technical contacts.

Coaches and develops consultants to deliver assignments and provides technical guidance to colleagues.

Applies standard processes and tools applicable to their own area of responsibility

Qualifications

University graduates with no more than 2 years working experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech

A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement

Education in electrical engineering
