We’re looking for a Discipline Manager – Water, Environment & Industrial who’s excited to guide and grow a talented team, engage in hands-on technical leadership, and contribute to projects that span the water, defence, buildings, industrial, transport and civil infrastructure sectors.

+ Managing project budgets, team resources, and ensuring the highest standard of delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
+ A degree in Chemical Engineering, or a Mechanical Engineering discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
+ 15+ years of consulting/design experience.
+ A collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving. Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status (or ability to attain within 6 months).
+ Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
+ Technical expertise in water, defence and/or industrial infrastructure, complemented by a well-connected business network in SA to help strengthen and grow our local capability.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
