Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Discharge/Admission Nurse (RN) for our Administrative Department. Provides discharge education and resource referrals to patients. * Performs chart reviews to identify actual or potential issues with service delivery, patient outcomes, and satisfaction, compliance, cost, and reimbursement. *Minimum Education:* Associate’s degree in Nursing: □ Preferred X Required Bachelor’s degree in Nursing: X Preferred □ Required *Required Licenses:* [Tennessee, United States] Registered Nurse Current RN License in the State of TN or another compact state *Required Skills:* Certifications: The below certifications will be required at the time of hire: X Basic Life Support (BLS) Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
