What will you do?
You will be responsible for coaching Disability Case Managers (DCM) to enhance skills to optimize claims duration / outcomes and develop superior Case Management Excellence behaviours.
Providing feedback and coach the DCM team in client-focused case management and achieving resultsRefining your assigned DCM team skills on the best use of tools and approaches, caseload management, forecasting, workload prioritizationSupporting DCM in change management and achieving overall measured team performanceIdentifying opportunities to improve processes to better meet our service excellence, quality, and financial commitments to our ClientsIdentifying emerging trends by using reporting and caseload reviews, and develop a plan to address themCollaborating with your Manager, your CMC peers, trainers, and other stakeholders to address learning and development opportunitiesWhat do you need to succeed?

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
