Director US Vision Care Commercial Operations

As a Director US Vision Care Commercial Operations supporting the Sales & Sales Support, in Fort Worth, TX you will be primarily responsible for leading a team in shaping the strategy and executing the plans in enabling the US Vision Care sales forces in the areas of customer segmentation, field force territory alignment, sale incentives as well as data and analytics. This role serves as a strategic business partner to the US Vision Care Leadership team.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Drive strategy with cross functional partners as well as 3rd parties to identify solutions that enable business prioritiesLead design and administration of sales incentive plans for all vision care sales teams; ensure alignment to key business prioritiesDesign and delivery of strategic analytics through various platforms and technologies for business planning, reporting and insightsDesign and delivery of customer segmentation and field force alignments and structureSales force effectiveness initiatives in collaboration with VC leadershipEffective communication and education of complex topics to field sales teams and leadersDrive continuous improvements and process optimizations to various operations processesCreate and deliver department Total Functional Cost budgetDevelop and lead a high performing team, foster a continuous learning and growth cultureServe and contribute as a member to the US Vision Care Field Sales leadership, Vision Care Leadership and Commercial Ops leadership teamsProvide thought leadership on Operations, Analytics and Technology that should be deployed or leveraged to support the activities of Americas Commercial Ops and US Vision Care.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)  10 Years of Relevant Experience6 Years of Demonstrated LeadershipThe ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.Travel requirements: up to 10% Domestic TravelRelocation assistance: Not AvailableSponsorship available: Not AvailableWork Hours/Location: Standard M-F, On-site Ft.
