How will you make an impact in this role?

      Drive liquidity enhancement projects forward by engaging with stakeholders across the company.       Drive communication in various bank governance committees, collaborate with second & third lines of defense, and support leaders in various dialogs and exams by regulatory bodies.        Perform analysis and review of liquidity assumptions, methodologies and processes for liquidity sources and uses for Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) and Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST). Support ongoing evolution and maintenance of the liquidity assumptions.      Analyze and interpret liquidity buffer (target), including key drivers and trend analysis.      Partner with the company’s bank legal entity management teams to craft and maintain liquidity related processes at regulated entities.          Support identification and management of data sources used for liquidity management, including data definition, data model management, coordination with central data office and management of changes in upstream data sources.      Support preparation of key committee materials and preparation of documentation.      Support analysis of new products and product changes to assess impact on liquidity metrics and reporting requirements.      Conduct the review, refresh and reporting of the concentration risk limits framework, early warning indicators and material non-US entity stress testing.      Work closely with Bank Legal Entity Management teams to provide SME support for LRM at regulated entities.      Maintain the company's LRM policy and supporting internal control group reviews and regulatory exams.

Minimum Qualifications: 

7+ years Finance/Treasury experience.  Analyze and interpret liquidity buffer (target), including key drivers and trend analysis. Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate closely effectively with internal and external business partners. Outstanding communication skills and ability to synthesize complex concepts for senior management. Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing priorities effectively and drive results while meeting critical deadlines. An analytical approach coupled with strong process management skills and ability to drive improvements. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing operational controls. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required. Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in liquidity regulations (FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, Liquidity Stress Testing) with hands on working experience. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI) Able to analyze large data sets and summarize results for management. Graduate degree.

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
