Overview:
U-Haul International, Inc.  is hiring a Director of Transaction Processing to lead our Payment Operations team. In this role, you’ll manage payment acceptance services, fraud prevention, disputes, and brand regulatory compliance while driving scalable, efficient processes across our North American footprint.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and grow a high-performing payment operations teamOversee transaction processing, fraud, and dispute managementBuild processes and metrics to support scalable, compliant operationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Finance, Marketing and Compliance areasMaintain strong relationships with regulators and payment partnersDrive continuous improvement and operational readiness for new payment products

What We’re Looking For:

Candidates with proven leadership in payments operations; will consider equivalent operational or management experience in related industriesDeep knowledge of payment systems, fraud/disputes, and complianceStrong critical thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skillsProven success leading teams in high-volume, fast-moving environmentsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or 5+ years comparable business experience preferred
