The Role: We are seeking an exceptional consultant with a passion for technology consulting and a deep knowledge of the insurance industry to contribute to our Technology Consulting function across North America. This pivotal role requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and a focus on adding business value through strategic client engagement and the delivery of complex technology projects.
In addition to existing technology consulting activities and supporting current software sales/implementations in the US market, WTW is planning on launching a new consulting proposition and software product into the Commercial Lines P&C US market. This role will be instrumental in creating technology messaging in the market, developing potential clients and shaping the approach to implementation engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Operate independently and partner with other colleagues to develop new clients and opportunities for the new proposition Work across cross-functional teams (including other technology teams, sales teams, underwriting and actuarial consultants) to accomplish objectives Sales Enablement: Effectively articulate and sell a future state vision to senior business and IT leaders in P&C insurance carriers Lead and/or participate in the technology aspects of complex sales opportunities of both software and professional services. Define and propose the right solutions for clients, demonstrating your experience in commercial lines insurance, creativity and problem-solving abilities. Engage strategically with clients, building personal credibility and trust. Client Engagement: Develop senior IT leader relationships with clients and prospects with a strong customer focus, managing retention and broadening our software and services footprint. Lead the definition and delivery of complex engagements, ensuring quality and professional excellence, and consistently adding business value. Understand and manage solution and delivery risk. Delivery Plan, design and execute project implementation phases post sale Manage projects that integrate client data and support user interaction with SaaS based solutions. Thought Leadership & External Representation: Demonstrates expertise in commercial lines insurance technology, challenges and trends to senior leaders in US carriers Participate in marketing and thought leadership activities, showcasing both your experience, knowledge and the overall credibility of the organization. Strategic Development & Integration: Develop innovative technology consulting propositions. Build strong strategic relationships with the broader consulting teams in the AmericasRequirements:
10+ years’ experience in US P&C insurance 5+ years’ experience in commercial insurance, especially ISO and/or NCCI lines Extensive experience in a global technology consulting or a professional services organization.Understands cloud architecture, webservice data integration and data storage concepts Proven ability to succeed in technology consulting teams.Experience managing complex delivery projects and senior client relationships.Can demonstrate strong problem solving / critical thinking skillsExcellent stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to transition between strategic and detailed operational levels.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.Ability to travel as required.Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.
Compensation:
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
