**The Role**
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Operations, Talent Acquisition to lead the transformation of our recruiting operations with a strong emphasis on AI integration, assessment strategy, and talent intelligence. This role will drive operational excellence across sourcing, recruitment marketing, early-in-career programs, and candidate assessment, while enabling scalable, data-driven processes that enhance efficiency and hiring outcomes.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ **Operational Leadership:** Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across regions.
+ **AI & Automation Strategy:** Lead the integration of AI and automation tools into the recruiting lifecycle (e.g., sourcing, screening, scheduling, analytics).
+ **Assessment Strategy:** Design and implement robust candidate assessment frameworks, including structured interviews, skills testing, and behavioral evaluations, leveraging AI and psychometric tools.
+ **Recruitment Marketing:** Partner with Employer Brand and Marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that attract top talent, leveraging digital channels, content strategy, and analytics.
+ **Sourcing & Talent Intelligence:** Build and scale proactive sourcing strategies using AI-powered tools and market intelligence to identify and engage high-potential talent.
+ **Early-in-Career Programs:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and operationalize early talent pipelines, including internships, apprenticeships, and university partnerships.
+ **Technology Enablement:** Partner with HRIS and IT to evaluate, implement, and optimize recruiting technologies, including ATS, CRM, and AI platforms.
+ **Data & Insights:** Build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights to TA and business leaders.
+ **Vendor Management:** Oversee relationships with external partners and platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and ROI.
+ **Change Management:** Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
+ **Team Leadership:** Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on TA operations, analytics, sourcing enablement, and program management.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
+ Proven experience leading large-scale operational transformations, ideally involving AI or automation.
+ Expertise in candidate assessment strategy, including structured interviews, cognitive and behavioral assessments, and job-relevant testing.
+ Experience designing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
+ Strong background in sourcing strategy and talent intelligence, including use of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Eightfold, or similar.
+ Familiarity with AI/ML applications in recruiting, including predictive analytics, intelligent matching, and automated assessments.
+ Strong understanding of recruiting technologies and platforms (e.g., SuccessFactor, Workday etc…).
+ Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
+ Excellent project management and change leadership skills.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Experience in a global or matrixed organization is preferred.
+ Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification is a plus.
**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$149,084 - $198,779 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$156,539 - $208,718 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$163,993 - $218,657 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
