Identifies and implements career pathing, leadership skill development programs, including training and career advancement opportunities in collaboration with department, service line representatives and applicable People Partners.Develops, facilitates and maintains leadership development program for the direct level across the organizationDevelops and executes talent strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates.Collaborates with department managers to assess and address talent needs within the organization.Facilitates training and workshops relative to Talent initiativesMonitors the talent management database and keeps records of performance and development activities.Monitors industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent management.Participates in diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.Prepares reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding talent management metrics and initiatives.Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.Performs other duties/projects as assigned.What is Required?
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 3+ years of experience in a talent management, Human Resources or related field. Previous experience in recruitment, employee learning and development, and performance management is desirable.Experience in home health or hospice or related healthcare field is preferred.Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state.Able and willing to travel up to 20% to meet business needs.You will report to the Vice President of Talent.
