This role is responsible for overseeing a high-spend, high-complexity supplier relationship critical to the Honeywell’s performance, driving improvements in cost, quality, delivery, compliance, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in supplier relationship management, contract manufacturing, and cross-functional leadership within a global, matrixed organization. A proven track record of managing difficult suppliers, mitigating risk, and improving performance is essential. **Key Responsibilities** Conduct regular assessments of the suppliers processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/NFARS and Aerospace Policies Lead function and business to align with the overall Business strategy and drive results Manage Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and transformation Build a world-class Supplier relationship management.
