Honeywell Building Automation has an excellent opportunity\nfor a Director of Software Sales This role is based in North America. In this\nrole you will be responsible to drive Software Sales and support channel growth\nin meeting and exceeding annual orders /  revenue plans. 

Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, track\nthe forecast for the execution of the Forge for Buildings AOP while following\nestablished pricing guidelines.Hold regional teams accountable for new\nbusiness, renewals, and migrations.Identify and communicate the strengths\nand weaknesses of the our Software value propositions and make required\nadjustments based on market intelligence working closely with the marketing,\ntechnology and product offering teams. Own the real-time Sales MOS and the\ncorresponding reporting and potential resource requests/allocationsReporting, Analysis and Forecasting from\nsource data (SFDC, SAP, etc)Be willing to travel as necessary\nthroughout the assigned territoryNeed to own and drive customer engagements ensuring rigor\nand traction on opportunity closure

YOU MUST HAVE

10 years of\nSales experience selling to end users

Sales\nexperience in the commercial buildings industry with North America market\nknowledge5 years of\nSoftware as Service (Saas), Building Controls, Services business industry\nexperience in the commercial and institutional buildings marketsExcellent\norganization & project management skillsSuccessful\nexperience leading a geographically dispersed sales teamProven ability\nto work and sell across various diverse markets.Solid\nunderstanding of P&L and ability to build business case for sales growth\ninvestmentsProven\nexperience developing and executing strategies for sales growthUnderstands\nhow to build sales strategies from market data across multiple\ngeographies/industries and uses common sense approach to executionCreative,\ndecisive, high energy and ability to energize and inspire others
