Southeast. Always the right career direction. Job Description Summary To effectively and efficiently plan for, manage and direct physician clinics. Ensure that the clinics are adhering to standardized health system policies and to assure financial accountability through balanced quality, service, productivity and cost-containment monitoring and continuous improvement. Job Description QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor’s degree preferred; + Minimum of 5 years previous medical company or practice management experience required; + Working knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding ; + Knowledge of the features and functions of billing office computer systems and Microsoft Excel and Word required; + Experience in Accounts Receivables management LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS: + Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; + Ability to communicate effectively in an emergency situation. SKILLS: + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, office staff, clinic staff and health system staff; + Personnel management skills; + Working knowledge of Clinicians or experience with clinical personnel.
