The opportunity
We are seeking a visionary leader with proven experience operating in the KSA market. You will have a strong track record of building business, developing strategic partnerships with both public and private sector organizations, and leading high-performing teams. This role will focus on expanding our presence, strengthening the brand of the academy, and overseeing the successful delivery of impactful training programs across the Kingdom.
Your key responsibilities
As the Director, you will:
Lead the strategic growth initiatives for the EY Academy in Saudi Arabia.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in both public and private sectors.
Oversee the design and delivery of high-quality training programs that meet the needs of the local market.
Drive business development efforts to expand the academy's reach and impact.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of local market dynamics, talent development needs, and government initiatives to inform strategic decisions.

To qualify for this role;
Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships within the KSA market.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of local market dynamics and talent development needs.
Experience in overseeing training programs and initiatives that drive organizational growth.
A network of contacts within public and private sector organizations in Saudi Arabia.
Ideally, you’ll also have
A background in education, training, or a related field.
