These individuals provide strategic guidance and support across various industries.In legal specialties at PwC, you will focus on legal support and advice across specific areas of law, confirming compliance and mitigating legal risks for the organisation. Your work will involve a wide range of specific legal matters and collaborate with different teams to drive business objectives.

Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Leading the Corporate Services practice in the provision of a full suite of professional Corporate Governance and Corporate Advisory services Identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities including via the leveraging of the Firm’s existing client base Working dynamically and autonomously to drive the strategic direction of the Corporate Services practice, ensuring seamless integration with the broader professional service offerings of the Firm Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Services practice including financial management Carrying out or supervising effective implementation of all risk management and quality policies and procedures Supervising/mentoring other team members Providing transactional support and compliance review services to clients across the Firm’s other practice areas to enhance the breadth and depth of the Firm’s suite of professional service offerings Advising on corporate and regulatory framework applicable to our clients and engaging as required with the relevant regulatory agencies Fostering a culture of corporate compliance and awareness throughout the firm, providing training and support as neededMinimum years experience required
8 years relevant post qualification experience with a successful track record in leadership roles within corporate servicesExperience with corporate transactional support, corporate governance and corporate advisory service delivery Experience with due diligence and AML procedures and reviews would also be considered an assetRequired qualification
