Our commitment to creativity, innovation, and flawless execution drives us to craft impactful experiential marketing solutions that deepen relationships, inspire action, and build trust—all around the world. **Summary** The Director of Sales Operations plays a key role in supporting the growth organization by driving operational efficiency, managing sales processes, and optimizing Salesforce usage. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, this role is responsible for overseeing forecasting, pipeline management and sales enablement. The Director will lead a team, including the Associate Director of Sales Operations, and collaborate closely with the Growth Leadership Team in managing sales forecasting and the sales funnel to optimize sales performance and achieve revenue targets. This position will support our Growth team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: • Philadelphia, PA • Fort Wayne, IN • Las Vegas, NV • Atlanta, GA • Royal Oak, MI • Grand Prairie, TX **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** **Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management/Analysis:** ● Manage sales forecasting and pipeline processes to ensure accurate and timely predictions of sales performance. ● Monitor and analyze pipeline health and funnel metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. ● Partner with sales leadership to support planning and performance tracking. **Sales Process and Enablement:** ● Develop and implement standardized sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the sales organization. ● Support the creation and delivery of training programs to ensure effective Salesforce usage and adherence to best practices. ● Identify and address process gaps that impact sales productivity. **Contract Administration Management:** ● Oversee the company's contract administration department, specifically the Assoc. Director of Sales Operations, responsible for developing and implementing strategies for effective contract management. **Collaboration and Support:** ● Act as a primary liaison between sales and other departments, providing strategic insights and updates. ● Provide operational support and insights to cross-functional projects that impact Growth. ● Communicate updates and recommendations to leadership based on data and field feedback. **Data Analysis and Reporting:** ● Provide relevant sales data, analytics, and business intelligence to inform decision-making and strategy development. ● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, OKRs, and sales metrics. ● Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools. **Leadership and Team Development:** ● Lead regular sales management meetings to discuss sales operations initiatives and development. ● Recruit, train, and mentor sales operations staff to build a high-performing team. **Education & Experience** • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales organization, sales operations or enablement, with demonstrated expertise in business process design, internal controls, and system governance. • Proven experience in implementing and managing business controls, process standardization, and risk management frameworks. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data and process insights into actionable strategies and process improvements. • Excellent communication skills, capable of driving change and fostering a culture of accountability and process excellence. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale change initiatives related to process and system controls. **Travel Requirements** Travel up to 25% **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
