Your Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities for the hotelDevelop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients and business partnersCreate and implement business, sales, and marketing plansStay on top of market trends and prepare competitive analysis reportsAct as the main point of contact for all corporate clientsRepresent the hotel at various events and sales initiativesSet clear goals and strategies for the sales & marketing teamAnalyse data and performance metrics to inform decisions and strategiesEnsure proficiency in and effective use of major sales systems (e.g., Delphi & Salesforce)Motivate, lead, and develop a high-performing teamAct as the hotel’s social media Champion
Work Experience
Several years of experience in a similar role within international hotel chains, ideally in major citiesStrong leadership and people management skillsSkilled in using major hotel sales systems and CRM toolsStrategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of commercial KPIsClear goal setter with a results-driven approachStrong negotiator and confident communicatorWarm, authentic, and service-oriented personalityFluent in both German and English, spoken and writtenHighly organized, flexible, creative, and resilientA true team player who enjoys working with people

Our hotel has recently undergone a full renovation — all guest rooms, public areas, and banquet facilities have been completely upgraded to provide a fresh, modern experience for our guests. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing (m/f/d) to lead our newly repositioned property into its next chapter of commercial success.
