In conjunction with Risk Management team. + Maintains both mandatory and voluntary incident reporting systems for identifying and evaluating unit specific risk issues. + Provides analysis on areas of risk throughout the enterprise for the purpose of identifying, evaluating, eliminating or reducing incidents in high risk areas. + Maintains documentation on identified trends and sentinel events, with referral to the appropriate committee, manager, or individual for follow-up. Monitors process improvement. + Maintains familiarity with and implements statutory requirements for hospitals Risk Management Program. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** Successful completion of bachelors degree program in nursing or another clinical health care related field. Knowledge and competence in working with Risk Master Registered Nurse with minimum of five years in the clinical setting Minimum of 5 yrs. previous experience in Risk Management Certification from an accredited Risk Management course/program.
