In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization, engaging teams through rounding, leading regulatory strategies, and guiding departments toward survey success with The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and other accrediting bodies. **Summary of Position** Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, the Director of Regulatory & Accreditation provides strategic leadership to ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and accrediting standards across the academic medical center and affiliated outpatient clinics.
