**Director Regional Marketing EMEA & APAC, Heart Failure (m/f/d)**
_Based in Zaventem (Brussels), Belgium_
**Position Overview**
The Regional Marketing Director for Heart Failure (HF) will oversee strategic marketing and communications across EMEA & APAC, with full responsibility for product lifecycle management, market expansion, and achieving regional business goals. Reporting directly to the HF Divisional VP EMEA & APAC, the role includes leading a regional marketing team and providing strategic direction across countries and product lines.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and develop a team of marketing experts, providing guidance and coaching to drive the achievement of strategic milestones while developing talent and supporting their career development plans.
+ Lead the executive leadership alignment and approval process for strategic marketing programs and deliverables.
+ Create regional demand for products in a customer-centric manner (exemplified by high satisfaction of needs and therefor appropriately differentiated and adding value)
+ Be the regional product and market expert, providing in-depth knowledge of market trends and dynamics, competitive landscape, critical market success factors and customer needs.
+ Collaborate with the key cross-functional partners (e.g. insights, product management, Market Access, Strategic Planning) to drive the regional adjustment and execution of GTM launch plans for new products and on-market product improvements.
+ Drive collaboration with global HQ with the requirement to build network and success through a deep understanding of cultural diversity and varying regional market dynamics.
+ Provide direct and leadership to the regional sales and marketing organizations throughout the commercial planning cycle and investment trade-off decisions.
+ Collaborate & align closely with other EMEA & APAC marketing leadership, especially technical marketing & training as well as base marketing.
+ Collaborate closely with Affiliate GM’s and Marketing to ensure EMEA & APAC and Global designed programs and initiatives fulfill local and Global needs.
+ Define & decide on measurable priorities and focus.
+ Seek alignment with business unit objectives and programs.
+ Create a culture around world class leadership at HF and corporation and drives sustainable leadership.
+ Contribute to HF related planning processes, lead the aggregation if necessary.
+ Protect/Strengthen the HF Brand
+ Ensure compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure.
+ Ensure compliance in reporting product experiences according to HF requirement.
+ Coordinate best practice sharing for areas of responsibility within EMEA & APAC.
**Profile Requirements**
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
+ Successful track record in marketing and sales leadership roles within the medical device industry.
+ Experience managing regional teams across the EMEA
+ Demonstrated success in change management and strategic planning.
Knowledge & Skills
+ Medical Device Capital Equipment industry and marketplace trends knowledge
+ Business planning and project planning
+ Analytical, creative and operational marketing skills - including statistical process control, measurement of variability and data-based decision making.
+ Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data to translate market insight from internal and external sources into powerful insights.
+ Strong project or program management skills and successful experience in matrix organizations
+ Excellent communication skills: fluency in English, additional language skills are beneficial but not a must
