Regional Digital Experience Manager – Pacific
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Pacific team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As the Senior Leader for Regional Digital Experience – Pacific, you will:
Lead the execution of large/complex digital products, engaging with Client Service Teams to both ensure that the implementation of digital solutions is fit for purpose and to gather requirements for future digital offerings.Communicate with stakeholders and engage with the delivery/ build teams to ensure that the digital products delivered meet the requirements.Deliver training implementation activities including system demos, system testing and user acceptance testing.Manage, monitor and drive adoption for key digital solutions.Attendance at client and prospect meetings where required to present the Digital offering and future plans.We will count on you to:
Deliver value to colleagues and clients while growing the business leveraging digital solutions to unlock innovation and drive productivity, connectivity, and client engagement.Understand the importance of engaging stakeholders at all levels, building relationships, listening to concerns, and tailoring messaging to resonate with different audiences, ensuring their buy-in and commitment to the change process.Identify new revenue opportunities, revenue streams and client engagement from the adoption and deployment of digital technologiesConducts feasibility studies and impact assessments regarding implementation of digital solutions. Identifies and resolves gaps between new and existing business processes and applicationsSet out change management strategies that encompass communication plans, stakeholder engagement, training, and risk assessment.Oversee implementation activities including system demos, system testing and user acceptance testing.Be the key driver providing insights & prioritizing our clients needs regionally, working in close collaboration with local stakeholdersBe a digital evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital culture mindset from the top downCurate and manage digital content that is compelling, aligned with the group strategy with the necessary customization to cater for local needs.What you need to have:
15 – 20 years of relevant work experienceExperience in managing clients, business issues, insurance programmes and service plansKeep abreast of changing market conditions and informs client executives, insurers, brokers and/or clients of major developments affecting digital servicing modelsUnderstand Digital solutions in the marketplace and their applicationSupervise, coach and mentor digital and wider business and operations team membersWhat makes you stand out:
