Your Role: 

Join us as the Head of R&D for Chemical Synthesis Solutions, where you'll lead a dynamic team of talented chemists and researchers. In this role, you will drive innovation and develop cutting-edge solutions that support drug discovery and development. You will implement strategic R&D initiatives, manage budgets, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will foster collaboration, ensuring that our team excels in delivering innovative chemical synthesis solutions that meet market demands.

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

PhD (or equivalent advanced degree) in Chemistry or a closely related field (e.g., Organic, Medicinal, or Synthetic Chemistry), with strong experience in chemical synthesis.Very good understanding of integration of automation and AI in chemical synthesisProven experience in leading R&D teams and driving product development initiatives.Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to align R&D with business objectives.Excellent understanding of chemical synthesis, project management, and regulatory standards.Exceptional communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.Ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team.Experience in identifying and protecting intellectual property.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in drug design, lead optimization, and structure-activity relationships.Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the chemistry field.Strong understanding of sustainability practices in R&D.Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.Experience in managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets effectively.
