WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to join the Global Security Strategic Services & Regulatory Delivery team to lead the Program Governance Mandate. The Director Program Governance for Global Security will provide oversight for all programs and projects within Strategic Services & Regulatory Delivery, including the addition of new areas of focus and the development of methodologies to support them.
Successful execution will require close partnership with the Strategic Services & Regulatory Delivery senior management team to understand priorities and key asks; translate that into an executive-level narrative and to lead the creation of senior executive materials going to critical governance forums such as the Global Security Cyber & Risk Transformation Governance Committee.
This part of the portfolio will provide the successful candidate with a horizontal line of sight and visibility to key priorities for the Global Security team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Lead the preparation of materials and initiatives as required for Senior Technology Executives and communicates a clear vision and ‘the story’ effectively to key senior stakeholdersUnderstand how each team within Global Security contributes to the team’s broader goals and flags any risks, considerations, new ideasPartner with the Global Security Strategic Services & Regulatory leadership team to ensure alignment, understand interdependencies and priorities for an integrated view of team roadmapsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with the Senior Executives members and their delegates.Recommend changes to operating model as required to support cross border regulation requirements.Know how to incorporate the needs and asks of multiple stakeholders in a timely mannerWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
Undergraduate degree coupled with risk management experience or technology field.Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills to executive level audience. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities; able to meet consistently high-quality standards with simultaneous workstreams.Self-driven individual contributor with ability to influence horizontally and partner with key stakeholders.Critical thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.Nice-to-have:
PMP, CSM, CFA equivalent or project management / finance experience.Experience working in a in technology, financial services organization with cross border operations.Experience with regulatory compliance initiatives and reporting requirementsWhat’s in it for you?
