What will you do?

Serve as a leader with vision on the Business Unit leadership team, driving collaboration for the achievement of annual and strategic business goals.

Drive a complex portfolio of differentiated clinical and research solutions for new and emerging genomics applications including methylation, multiomics, and proteomics!

Partner with large clinical testing customers to develop long-term relationships.

Drive sales and business development strategies to enable share gain in clinical markets, including large routine diagnostic testing customers.

Manage pricing strategy and demand planning in partnership with sales and operations to forecast large orders to enhance profitability and revenue achievement each quarter.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies.

Regularly conduct primary and secondary market research and voice of customer meetings to gain deep insights.

Lead data-driven product strategies to drive growth and exceed revenue targets.

Leverage AI to drive efficiency and standardization across the team.

Lead technology scouting activities: partner with start-ups, incubators and established life science companies to scout for new innovations to acquire or OEM-in.

Partner across several business units to build applications-based workflow solutions and marketing collateral across sample preparation, assays, software and analysis products.

Lead and manage a team of product management, medical scientific affairs (MSA), and product specialists.

Collaborate with commercial, marketing, operations, supply chain, regulatory, quality, finance, and HR teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

Ensure revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and growth goals are met through cross-functional collaboration.

Build a high-performance team by hiring, developing, engaging, and retaining motivated talent.

Drive cultural change to unlock the organization's full potential.

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor's degree required; Ph.D. or MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience, with a proven track record in product management and strategic marketing for innovative products.

Proven expertise in managing complex genomics product portfolios.

Extensive knowledge of genomics technologies across NGS, qPCR, and multiomics, including emerging genomics technologies.

Knowledge of molecular testing methods applied in clinical applications, including qPCR, dPCR, NGS platforms.

Demonstrated success in building and leading successful teams in matrixed or cross-functional environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect detailed analysis to broader strategic goals.

Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $192,100.00–$288,100.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
