The role youll contribute:

The Director of Physician Services will provide direction, administration, and coordination of the lifecycle of the physician onboarding experience. Provides oversight and clinical excellence in a specialty area of expertise. The Director of Physician Services will focus on provider integration into Advent Health Medical Group including a focus on onboarding and credentialing new providers, as well as assisting with provider acquisition. They will ensure new providers experience a successful recruitment process, including contracting and onboarding in the office.

The value youll bring to the team:

Maintain management of physician contract life cycle.

Facilitate the onboarding/terminations of all providers.

Ensure a positive experience for providers during a contract and credentialing process. Will maintain touchpoints and provide timeline expectations during the time leading up to onboarding.

Demonstrates an understanding of fair market value and physician compensation arrangements.

Provide people leadership and management direction to ensure the overall efficiency of an area(s) or administrative process by implementing strategies and processes

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree Required

Significant management experience in service provider environment

Experience in contract / physician onboarding, credentialing and service delivery

Preferred qualifications:

Juris Doctorate or other professional legal training/certification Preferred

Process Improvement Experience Preferred
