Find whole-person care, dedicated teams and staff, and a wide variety of medical services. **The role you’ll contribute:** The Director of Physician Services will provide direction, administration, and coordination of medical office activities, excluding activities requiring professional medical judgment, to directly support physicians, nurses, etc. Provides oversight and clinical excellence in a specialty area of expertise. Conducts scheduling and supports staffing assignments including setting staffing ratios and identifying potential staffing shortages. Conducts audits to confirm the accuracy of medical records and identify any non-compliant activity. The Director of Physician Services is responsible for the overall success of his/her assigned service departments. This position provides strategic leadership and direction utilizing tools provided, including the coordination of all service delivery. The Director of Physician Services will work with the assigned service providers/departments to meet the respective needs of and maintain efficient service delivery to all customers.
