Leads the development and execution of the portfolio of system-wide performance improvement projects, engaging with executive leadership at all levels. Ensures an effective program of training and competency-evaluation exists to enable performance improvement capabilities within markets and other corporate services functions. Oversees the development and ongoing deployment of performance measurement & analysis resources. The Director must effectively plan resources to deliver a balanced portfolio of quality improvement aligned with the strategic agenda of AdventHealth. **The value youll bring to the team:** + Serves as the organization-wide content expert on process improvement methods and imparts relevant details to senior leaders and staff. Continually expands/updates this knowledge. + Leads the development of a performance improvement culture and competence across the enterprise, including application of process improvement methodologies, change management, and formal project management + Ensures senior executive visibility and engagement in the portfolio of performance improvement projects, including the scoping, selection, resourcing, execution, monitoring, and closure of all projects in the PI portfolio + Develops strategic plan for Performance Improvement across the enterprise, using an assessment of the latest performance improvement practices and competitive environment Qualifications **The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed** **:** + Bachelor's Required + 4 Work Experience Required This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
