Your Role: As the Director of HUB Organoids, you will lead a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to providing exceptional services to the pharma and biotech industries. In this new position, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding a service-oriented department focused on our drug development and screening platforms. You will collaborate closely with research, operations, sales & marketing, and the management team to implement and optimize our cutting-edge organoid technology. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of HUB services, ensuring that all departments meet timelines, manage resources effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the organization while contributing to the achievement of HUB Organoid's strategic goals. Who You Are:
You hold a PhD in Life Sciences.You have a background, preferably in pre-clinical CRO service companies.You possess over 7 years of experience managing laboratory groups in the industry, either in product development or services.You are experienced in project management processes and have a track record of successful execution.You communicate clearly and directly, demonstrating analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.You are flexible and adaptable to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing organization.Proficiency in English is essential for effective collaboration and communication.You are passionate about advancing organoid technology and improving drug discovery processes.
