Pay Range:

$136,000.00-$170,000.00

This position serves as a member of the CLO’s leadership team and provides strategic and operational support for Legal Affairs, Risk Management, Compliance, and Corporate Secretarial functions. Responsibilities include external spend management, internal financial planning, legal digital strategy and technology implementations, entity management, corporate filings, information governance, and cost control and risk mitigation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited university10+ years of relevant professional work experience within a complex organizationExcellent interpersonal and project management skills as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior managementKnowledge of nonprofit governance in a healthcare environmentExperience setting up processes, workflows and KPIs for a legal organizationExperience managing external counsel relationships and budget oversightExperience evaluating and implementing legal technologyProficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, Westlaw, Lexis and other legal research platforms, and electronic billing and matter management tools
