Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech. **Key Responsibilities:** + Developing the Lean Business Operating System and overall strategy for transforming the organization, including strategy deployment, tools, implementation, and training. + Leading the site Operational Excellence team and site leadership team through a process to systematically find opportunities to enhance operational performance and site business processes through internal/external benchmarking and continuous improvement tools. + Aligning strategy with tactics for Lean deployment initiatives (Lean Roadmap). + Utilizing data, best practices, and prior Lean deployment experience to identify performance gaps and collaborate with local leaders to develop and execute improvement plans. + Facilitating impactful improvements through utilization of continuous improvement tools, Kaizen funnel processes, and systems to enhance plant safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and reduce waste. + Creating Lean competencies in leaders and employees at all levels; identifying future Lean talent and coaching for career advancement opportunities. + Identifying new product processes for appropriate Operational Excellence and Lean tool application. + Understanding and applying financial drivers and key performance indicators. **Qualifications** **Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced degree preferred. **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + Lean Six Sigma Certification from an industry recognized program. + 10+ years of proven leadership skills and experience deploying an operating system for a multi-functional, highly automated, and complex supply chain manufacturing site. + 5+ years of direct people leader experience in a multi-functional organization. + Experience with implementing Strategy Deployment/Hoshin across a business or for a division. + Expert knowledge of Lean Methodology and implementing Lean tools, including but not limited to: Visual Management, Daily Management, Transactional Process Improvement, Standard Work/Leader Standard Work, Problem Solving, 6S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 8 wastes, Gemba walks, etc. + Strong business and financial acumen. + Strong interpersonal skills with ability to transparently communicate and relate to people at all levels of the organization. + Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and present findings. + Demonstrated ability to model corporate values and principles, including instilling a high performance, people-driven culture. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and general computer skills. **Other:** + English Fluency required + Travel up to 20% of the time domestically and/or internationally is required For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit www.careers.jnj.com .] Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
