\nThe Director of Wellness is responsible for overseeing and implementing all wellness operations (with the exception of the spa which is managed separately), ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of service and care. This role combines strategic vision, operational management, and leadership to position the resort as a premier wellness destination.
\n\nLead and manage all aspects of wellness operations, including fitness training, nutrition, pool and other athletic activities, holistic wellness programs and guest amenities.\nDevelop and execute strategies to enhance services, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.\nRecruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to assist in the provision of wellness services throughout the hotel.\nOversee daily operations: scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness and safety.\nDesign and update wellness offerings, staying ahead of industry trends\nManage budgets, financial performance, and KPIs, including revenue projections and expense controls.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.\nAddress guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure memorable experiences.\nCollaborate with other departments to integrate wellness into the overall hotel experience\n\nWhat are we looking for?

\nThe annual salary range for this role is $68,640-$70,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
