The **Director of Wellness** is responsible for overseeing and implementing all wellness operations \(with the exception of the spa which is managed separately\), ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of service and care\. This role combines strategic vision, operational management, and leadership to position the resort as a premier wellness destination\.
+ Lead and manage all aspects of wellness operations, including fitness training, nutrition, pool and other athletic activities, holistic wellness programs and guest amenities\.
+ Develop and execute strategies to enhance services, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth\.
+ Recruit, train, and mentor a high\-performing team to assist in the provision of wellness services throughout the hotel\.
+ Oversee daily operations: scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness and safety\.
+ Design and update wellness offerings, staying ahead of industry trends
+ Manage budgets, financial performance, and KPIs, including revenue projections and expense controls\.
+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations\.
+ Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure memorable experiences\.
+ Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness into the overall hotel experience
