This team owns the visual experience for PVH consumers, collaborating closely with the Hub and EMEA teams to deliver impactful visual merchandising strategies for all consumer channels. Responsibility for ensuring that our visual merchandising initiatives enhance the customer experience and elevate the brand presence in every environment. **The Position** As the Visual Merchandising Director for the Hub, you will be crucial to PVH’s brand consistency and enhancing the consumer experience. You will lead the execution of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein's visual merchandising strategy across all channels within the Hub, ensuring that brand guidelines are consistently applied. Your work will be key to ensuring visual excellence on shopfloors and showrooms, elevating the brand presence, and supporting operational efficiency across the hub, driving the overall success of the department and contributing to the brands' long-term growth in the region. You will also be responsible for championing these values and goals with your field team, developing individual Visual Merchandising talent. **Key Responsibilities:** · VM strategy execution: Adapt and execute the Region’s Visual Merchandising strategy for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global brand guidelines to deliver a consistent brand story across all EMEA · Market adaptation: Ensure Visual Merchandising materials can be effectively adapted to local requirements (e.g. for language) while maintaining integrity of Global / EMEA guidelines · Brand vision representation and storytelling: Ensure that all shopfloors or showrooms in the Hub are aligned with the latest brand vision, through the training and development of VM colleagues, guaranteeing the highest standards are met consistently. Translate marketing campaigns, product stories, and seasonal themes into compelling in-store visual experiences. · Oversight and QA: Ensuring consistency execution of guidelines by all VM Coordinators across sales footprint is executed in a timely manner e.g. adapting to new seasonal display or new model stores. This will include regular store visits, particularly to flagship stores and during season change · Showroom environment: Best in class Showroom Visual Merchandising for Wholesale Partners, to ensure PVH assortment is represented in the most commercial manner. · Sales and VM analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives using sales data and shopper behaviour insights, ensuring positive ROI, prioritising, and deploying coordinator time appropriate to drive maximum returns · Vendor management: Select and manage relationships with external agencies, production vendors, and display partners. · Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, store operations, design, and digital teams to ensure a unified brand experience. · Guideline creation: Oversee the production of visual merchandising guidelines, toolkits, and training materials for local execution. · Team leadership: Lead, manage, and coach the Visual Merchandising team for the Hub, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving both team and company objectives. · Store openings & refit: Support new store openings, refits, and flagship projects with tailored visual strategies. · Performance improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in VM delivery across the hub, driving efficiency and effectiveness in execution. Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. **Measures of Success** · Brand consistency: Ensure consistent application of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein’s visual merchandising strategies across all channels in the Hub, driving elevated brand presence and recognition. · Consumer experience impact: Improved performance in consumer experience metrics including increasing footfall, improving dwell time, and driving higher conversion rates through effective visual merchandising execution. · Brand perception: Success in delivering the brand’s message visually and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. · Budget management: Ensure VM installations are completed within POSM budgets · Operational efficiency: Reduce time to execution on implementing new guidance and developing model stores, ensuring they meet deadlines, maximizing return on investment (ROI). · Sales performance and conversion rates: Measuring the impact of visual merchandising on overall sales growth (compared to benchmarks) across stores and digital platforms. Higher traffic and/or conversion rates due to compelling visual displays or strategic product placement. · Consumer feedback / satisfaction: Positive feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct consumer engagement (e.g., NPS scores related to the store environment or display appeal). **The Ideal Candidate** · 10+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams in premium/ luxury fashion retail environments · Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in design or business are a plus. · Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy to drive revenue growth · Deep understanding of the regional market, including similarities or differences in preferences and requirements, and the ability to cater to those needs while championing a coherent brand story cross-region · Strategic and commercial thinking: Understanding of customer behaviour and path-to-purchase in different retail formats · Ability to work flexibly and respond to unexpected challenges and contingencies to guarantee delivery of visual merchandising standards and resultant shopping experience · Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and external partners · Strong knowledge of the region's retail environment and distribution networks as well as the key players and partners · Financial and commercial acumen to ensure cost control (P&L) and encourage alignment between VM strategies and wider business objectives · Fluent in English and local language(s) At PVH, how we act is as important as what we do.
