 Job Summary The Undergraduate Program Director would be part of the Hult Dubai Campus Management team and will help drive the set-up, growth and smooth operation of our undergraduate program in Dubai.  An understanding of undergraduate programs and experience of supporting faculty is required.This role will serve as the primary point of contact for undergraduate students and faculty, ensuring their academic and personal development, is supported through effective mentorship and administration. The ideal candidate must strongly demonstrate all core skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities   Student-Facing Academic Administration: Ensure academic integrity and manage mitigating circumstances. Provide special accommodations for students as needed. Advise students on academic matters, offering guidance on course choices and academic performance.  Faculty-Facing Academic Administration: Onboard new faculty and provide guidance on course preparation Oversee course pages and capstone project management, ensuring faculty have the resources and support needed to deliver high-quality education. Support grading processes and hire as well as manage Course Assistants. Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth operation of academic programs, facilitating communication and collaboration.  Project Management: Lead projects for the academic program, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.  Coordinate pre-term meetings and curriculum (re)development. Event Management and Support: Support marketing and enrolment events as needed, evening and weekend events may be required  Data Analysis & Reporting:Collect and analyze data related to student performance, program effectiveness, and faculty performance.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to inform decision-making and improve academic strategies.CoachingFacilitate individual and team coaching and skills development through workshop, seminars, and one-to-one sessionsProvide personal mentorship to support students’ academic and personal growth, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals Experience and Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of experience in higher education  Experience working in academic administration or a similar role, with an understanding of the student academic journey Academic program management Understanding of academic program structures and faculty needs Project management, including leading and coordinating projectsPreferred Master’s Degree  Minimum of 2 years in undergraduate education Coaching and mentoring students  Event planning and management experienceSkillsCommunication: Clear and effective interaction with students, faculty, and staff.Leadership: Inspiring and guiding students and teams.Organization: Efficiently managing tasks and maintaining accurate records.Project Management: Planning and overseeing academic projects.Problem-Solving: Addressing issues and making informed decisions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting is preferred.System Knowledge: Competence in using Microsoft, Canvas and CRM systems is preferred. Timeframe Application Deadline: Friday, 9th May 2025Expected Relocation: Before August 1, 2025 Reporting Structure: Reporting to the Dean of Hult International Business School, Dubai with a dotted line to the Executive Vice President and Global Dean of Undergraduate Programs.  About us Hult is the business school ‘for those made to do’.
