Job summary –
• Director of Talent & Culture plans, organizes, directs, and monitors the activities, Organizational Development, Human Resource Administration, Associate Reward System (Compensation & Benefits), Training & Development, Associate Resourcing and Planning (Selection & Recruitment), People Management and Services (associate relations, industrial relations), Legal Reporting including Policies & Procedures (quality service standards), System and Administration for payroll administration.
