Profile Description:
1. Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the unique needs of assigned businesses or functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while consistently seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
2. Lead and Supervise Recruiting Team: Oversee a team of recruiters, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to foster a collaborative environment and drive a high performing team leveraging weekly huddles and feedback sessions against objectives.
3. Analyze Talent Acquisition Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment key indicators to provide actionable insights and updates to stakeholders regarding overall recruitment effectiveness.
4. Incorporate Market Insights: Bring market insights into the recruitment process to inform strategies, identify industry trends, and address competitor movements, ensuring a proactive, inclusive approach to attracting top talent.
5. Execute Niche Search Assignments: Lead the development and execution of specialized search assignments, utilizing innovative recruitment techniques and technology to attract and secure highly skilled and diverse candidates.
6. Integrate Technology and AI Tools: Embrace and implement technology-forward solutions, including generative AI, to optimize and streamline the recruitment process, enhancing efficiency and candidate experience while focusing on continuous improvement in team methodologies.
7. Other duties and projects as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred with concentration in business administration, human resources or related field; or equivalent work experience, 15 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience. 5 years’ management experience in a corporate recruiting or agency environment.Advanced knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws. Experience in Information Technology, and Operations disciplines highly preferred. Financial Service business acumen.Executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently and enthusiastically to Senior Levels Management, including delivering presentations.Outstanding time management skills. Highly collaborative with the ability to work across HR teams/functions, multiple levels of management and HR Advisors.Required expertise in leveraging networking platforms (such as LinkedIn) and ATS/CRM systems (Workday)Compensation Pay Disclosure:

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
