As Director, you’ll not only lead the safety and security function but also play a critical role in the logistical operations that keep a luxury hotel of this scale running seamlessly.
This high-impact leadership role requires more than traditional safety oversight—it demands a strategic operator who can lead traffic flow, event logistics, parking operations, and coordinated planning for high-profile arrivals and large-scale activations. At The Beverly Hilton, security is not just about protection; it's a vital part of our operational success, from daily guest experiences to red carpet moments.
As Director of Security and Safety, you’ll oversee all aspects of safety and emergency preparedness while collaborating across departments to uphold the highest standards in guest protection, asset safeguarding, and incident prevention. Success in this role requires a proactive, collaborative leader who is passionate about cultivating a secure, seamless, and welcoming environment.
What will I be doing?
As a Director of Security and Safety, you would be responsible for directing and administering the implementation of all safety and security programs and initiatives to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
