This is a critical position that helps enable successful execution of strategic projects within the Vision (Care & Surgical) Supply Chain Portfolio (New Products, Complex Programs and Labelling). In this position, you will regularly engage with and make presentations to Senior Management. Strong, collaborative leadership is deeply important as you will be leading cross-functional teams for multi-year projects. **Key Responsibilities** + This person will also provide direct leadership to a team of Supply Chain (NPI and Complex Programs) Project Managers to ensure all aspects of the innovation and Operation readiness plans are being met and the latest project management best practices are being used. + This person is responsible for ensuring multifunctional inputs are obtained for implementation of Supply Chain strategies, tactics, budgets, and plans while generating plans to, identify gaps, assess and mitigate project risks, and manage potential conflicts. + In addition, this person will partner with R&D and Global Marketing to act as process owners for all franchise Innovation processes. Specific to these accountabilities, the role will lead as the voice of SC to R&D and Global Marketing and lead SC/ Validation and Commercialization. + Support in Equipment platform process characterization, Validation and capability + Additionally, this person will have responsibility for the Labelling team to ensure all approved labelling changes are managed from inception to execution using Project Management Excellence and best practices. **Qualifications** + 10+ years of business experience preferably in a health care industry with at least 4+ years of cumulative experience in one or more of the following functions (product development, new product management, marketing, supply chain). + 5+ years of Project management experience preferred. + 5+ yrs of experience in successfully leading multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment preferred. + 5+ years of people management experience preferred. + Demonstrated ability to build consensus, to lead teams through influence rather than authority, and build collaborative relationships. + Demonstrated superior matrix management, strategic thinking, and communication skills. **Other** Up to 15% (domestic/international) travel may be required Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
