**Your Responsibilities**
+ Lead the **Sales, Marketing, and Events Sales** departments
+ Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and overall business success, including distribution and marketing initiatives
+ Monitor and report on sales activities and performance
+ Plan and conclude corporate agreements
+ Execute and document sales activities
+ Represent the hotel at trade fairs and client events
+ Maintain and expand client relationships and manage key accounts in the region
+ Contribute to the budget and forecasting processes
+ Lead, motivate, and continuously develop the team through training and coaching
**What You Bring**
+ Experience in a similar role within **luxury hospitality**
+ Strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident and engaging presence
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience
+ Customer- and service-oriented mindset
+ Fluent in **German and English** ; additional languages are an asset

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position under the collective agreement is **€2,492** . However, we guarantee **overpayment** based on your qualifications and experience.
