The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for formulating and implementing approved marketing plans, sales strategies, rate and discount policies, and soliciting business from all available marketing resources. They will also coordinate public relations activities.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in the same capacity. He/she should have strong connections with clients and media, excellent written and communication skills, the ability to analyze relevant sales and revenue reports, and exceptional leadership skills.
The Director of Sales & Marketing will enhance the hotel's reputation, achieve the hotel's profit objectives, and ensure operational efficiency of the department. He/she will also coordinate with other departments and properties and report to the General Manager on all matters related to marketing, including sales, advertising, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
The target onboarding date is July 1, 2025.
