Director of Sales - Hyatt Place Makassar

You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Director of Sales responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Marketing Department

Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational skills, Ability to analyze financial and competitive data to make informed decisions, Prior experience leading, motivating and managing successful sales teams, Prior brand experience and market knowledge desirable.
