Experience required 3-5 years in a similar management role in a well-structured hotel chain, preferrable in Italy Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages preferred The role is intended as ExCom He will report to both General manager and Director of Operations He will manage the departments of: Front Office (30 pax), Housekeeping (20 Pax) and Reservations (4 Pax)

Qualifications

To execute the position of Director of Rooms, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management or Business Administration or equivalent, and four years guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. More than five years’ experience in a similarhotel operationalrole is preferred. Fluent in English and Italian; I understand that additional languages are preferred. Strictly adhere to LQA standards. EU Work Permit.
