Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a revenue roadmap that supports both corporate objectives and field-level operations
- Monitor financial performance across markets to uncover trends and growth opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including operations, marketing, and finance—to align strategic initiatives
- Lead the development of financial forecasts and planning models to support short- and long-term goals
- Use data analytics to inform pricing, profitability, and performance strategies
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Gain a deep understanding of daily business operations to ensure strategic decisions are grounded in reality
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication abilities, including presenting complex financial information effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve financial goals
