**How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:** The Director of Retention is responsible for driving growth and revenue for the Email/SMS/Auto Replenishment and our loyalty program for US, Canada and Australia/New Zealand. This role is strategic, executional, and analytical. You will be empowered to drive new ways of providing value to our customers that are personalized and served at the most relevant time with the goal of building strong relationships with Paula’s Choice customers.
**What you’ll bring to the table:**
+ 7+ years of retention (primarily email & 3+ years text/SMSmarketing) marketing experience.
+ Direct responsibility for at least $50M+ in retention revenue in a fast moving consumer good business.
+ Experience in a digital first company.
+ Experienced in working with an email platform to create and deploy emails.
+ Strong analytical skill set to analyze campaign and customer segmentation performance and identify opportunities.
+ Strategic thinking and planning capability.
+ Strong presentation skills.
+ Ability to work with data analyst/scientist to test various audience segments.
+ Advanced understanding of email strategy and engagement metrics.
+ Strong background in analytics, data, A/B testing and customer segmentation.
+ Proven experience in attribution modeling and use of AI data to drive strategies.
+ Skilled at reporting KPI metrics via GA and ESP’s.
+ Hands on experience managing a top revenue driving channel is a must.

**Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:**
**_$180,000 - $200,000 USD/annually_**

Paula’s Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
