We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Research and Insights to join our team. The Director of Research and Insights will lead our research initiatives, providing strategic direction and actionable insights that drive business growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in product, pricing, customer experience, marketing, and digital research. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of quantitative and qualitative expertise and the ability to both direct and execute research projects.\n

RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDefine and execute the company's vision for data-driven insights to support innovation, market competitiveness, and long-term business strategy.\nLead the development and implementation of comprehensive insights frameworks for understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.\nDefine and execute the company's vision for data-driven insights to support innovation, market competitiveness, and long-term business strategy.\nLead the development and implementation of comprehensive insights frameworks for understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.\nLead and manage all research and insights projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of research results.\nDevelop and implement research strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.\nConduct and oversee quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, data analysis, and consumer focus groups.\nTranslate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.\nCollaborate with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to integrate research insights into business strategies.\nPresent research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.\nStay current with industry trends and best practices in research methodologies.\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS\n\nMinimum of 15 years of experience in product, pricing, customer experience, marketing, and digital research.\nProven track record of using insights to drive business outcomes.\nStrong expertise in market research methodologies, data analytics, and emerging technologies.\nExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and impactful way to diverse audiences.\nProven expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.\nExperience creating dashboards, customer profiles, communities, executive reports.\nExperience managing external partner relationships.\nExperience leading and conducting consumer focus groups.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong leadership and project management skills.\nAbility to translate research insights into impactful decision-making that drives business growth.\n\n
