We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Research and Insights to join our team. The Director of Research and Insights will lead our research initiatives, providing strategic direction and actionable insights that drive business growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in product, pricing, customer experience, marketing, and digital research. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of quantitative and qualitative expertise and the ability to both direct and execute research projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Define and execute the company's vision for data-driven insights to support innovation, market competitiveness, and long-term business strategy. + Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive insights frameworks for understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics. + Define and execute the company's vision for data-driven insights to support innovation, market competitiveness, and long-term business strategy. + Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive insights frameworks for understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics. + Lead and manage all research and insights projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of research results. + Develop and implement research strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth. + Conduct and oversee quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, data analysis, and consumer focus groups. + Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams. + Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to integrate research insights into business strategies. + Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. + Stay current with industry trends and best practices in research methodologies. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Minimum of 15 years of experience in product, pricing, customer experience, marketing, and digital research. + Proven track record of using insights to drive business outcomes. + Strong expertise in market research methodologies, data analytics, and emerging technologies. + Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and impactful way to diverse audiences. + Proven expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. + Experience creating dashboards, customer profiles, communities, executive reports. + Experience managing external partner relationships. + Experience leading and conducting consumer focus groups. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong leadership and project management skills. + Ability to translate research insights into impactful decision-making that drives business growth.   **EEO Statement** Champion Home Builders is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
