Director of Professional Development
Location: Hybrid in Boston (3 days/week onsite)

An established law firm in Boston is looking to hire a Director of Professional Development to lead their program of professional development offerings. This is a strategic role that will be responsible for managing a team and creating a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement professional development programming for employees of all levelsManage a team overseeing professional development initiativesPartner with firm leadership to assess learning needs and implement firm-wide solutions to address competency gapsFoster relationships with internal and external subject-matter experts

Requirements:
