This Director of Product Management will lead the Customer Experience Platform domain, overseeing a team of three seasoned Product Managers focused on POS, onboarding/lifecycle, and platform. This team is building one of the most forward-thinking platforms in hospitality techdesigned specifically for modern, high-end restaurants with complex operational needs. The product combines powerful point-of-sale capabilities with a full suite of omni-channel tools like online ordering, reservations, loyalty programs, and digital marketing. Its built by hospitality professionals for hospitality professionals, with a mission to help restaurants run healthier operations so they can focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The team prioritizes thoughtful onboarding, personalized setup, and deep collaboration with restaurant operators to ensure every featurefrom table management to checkless paymentsdrives real impact. Skills and Requirements
7+ years of software Product Management experience (front-end and back-end) within a related industry
Restaurant tech or hospitality tech background (e.g., travel, retail, hotels, airlines)
Experience designing for POS systems, kiosks, or in-store experiences
Experience building user-facing software (POS, kiosks, in-store tools, etc.)
Strong leadership and coaching skills with 3+ years of management experience must be able to mentor a team of senior PMs
Experience with SMB, B2B, or B2B2C products
Comfortable navigating a matrixed, collaborative environment (Design, Eng, Ops, Marketing, CS)
Strong communicator with experience leading through change and transformation SaaS experience
Innovation/transformation experience
Familiarity with omni-channel platforms and digital ordering/marketing tools null
