The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Director of Product to lead the next generation of Pantone’s digital products, with a focus on streamlining workflows for designers and creative professionals. This role will be critical in evolving our digital strategy—bringing intelligence, efficiency, and inspiration to every step of the design process.
You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of B2B SaaS products and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to bring cutting-edge features to market—including the application of AI and Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the product strategy for Pantone’s digital products, with a sharp focus on solving real problems for designers and creatives.
Partner with design, engineering, and data science teams to conceptualize and deliver customer-facing features, especially those leveraging AI and GenAI.
Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into actionable product decisions.
Prioritize product initiatives that align with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities.
Own the full product lifecycle from vision to launch to iteration, ensuring delivery of high-quality experiences.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing a team.
Proven track record of building and scaling successful B2B digital products—ideally those targeted at designers or creative professionals.
Experience integrating AI/ML technologies into digital products, both for customer-facing features and internal productivity tools.
Deep understanding of user-centric design principles and agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions while staying connected to the needs of end users.
Passion for the creative process and an appreciation for color, design, and innovation.
Nice to Have
Experience with design tooling ecosystems (e.g., Adobe, Figma, Canva).
Startup or high-growth environment experience.
