Position Overview
As the commercial vehicle industry undertakes its most significant transformation in a century, International stands at the forefront, no longer content with merely supplying trucks, buses, and engines, International is on a mission to redefine transportation.
We are currently seeking an Director of Pricing - Parts to join our Team.The individual will define, develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of pricing models and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning and long-term profits.
Responsibilities
+ Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio.
+ Establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
+ Monitors the ongoing business environment to ensure competitive pricing/market position.
+ Directs the development and analysis of pricing models and projections.
+ Develops and manages their team.
+ Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics.
+ Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis.
+ Monitors ongoing competitive environment to ensure and practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction.
+ Projects impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue.
+ Creates/administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
+ Influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
+ Negotiating with customers or management.
+ Analyze and interpret meaningful insights from large amounts of data.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 14 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experience
+ At least 6 years of management experience
OR
+ Master’s degree
+ At least 12 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experience
+ At least 6 years of management experience
OR
+ At least 16 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experience
+ At least 6 years of management experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
